With an aim to identify & encourage cultural talents at grass root level Hon’ble Chief Minister of Assam has announced a scheme “Assam Sanskritik Mahasangram” in the budget speech of 2023-24. Under this scheme, cultural competitions will be organized across Assam.

The cultural department has started an SMS service for the general public to register for Assam Sanskritik Mahasangram.
